SUBMISSION INFORMATION

The Organizing Committee of the 14th International Conference of Asian Academy of Preventive Dentistry (AAPD) would like to invite participants to present their researches in the Oral or Poster Sessions of AAPD 2021, Korea.

Conference participants who would like to make their submissions can submit an abstract for one of the following Journals.

1. Conference proceedings (Published in the International Journal of Oral Health(The AAPD official proceeding)  View Journal detail
2. International Journal of Clinical Preventive Dentist (Korean Academy of Preventive Dentistry)  View Journal detail

INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS

Abstracts can only be submitted electronically as text in the submission page through our online submission system on the AAPD conference website.
Acknowledgement of the receipt of your submission will be sent to the corresponding author’s e-mail address immediately upon submission.
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please do not submit the abstract again, instead please contact the conference organizer at the following email: aapd2020korea@gmail.com Once your abstract accepted for the AAPD 2021
Authors will received the confirmation mail upon the submission of Abstract of AAPD 2021.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

You must obtain the approval of all co-authors prior to putting their names on the abstract.
Submission of similar abstracts from the same group is discouraged.
Scientific program committee reserves the right to reclassify submitted abstracts into the most appropriate area of review.
Abstracts will only be considered for presentation if they have not been published or presented elsewhere.

CATEGORIES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

All submitted abstracts must be assigned to an appropriate category. For the 13th International Conference of Asian Academy of Preventive Dentistry, there are seven submission categories including

• Dental Care System
• Dental Caries
• Periodontal Disease
• Other oral diseases
• Public Oral Health Program, Oral statistics
• Dental Workforces
• Oral Health Environment (Oral Malodor, Psychologic, Mental, Esthetic Problem)
• Dental Implant Care
• Oral health related with the Systemic health
• Newly developed Technology or Equipment for Preventive Dentistry

ABSTRACT LANGUAGE AND LENGTH

Abstracts must be written in English. The maximum length allowed for an abstract is 300 words.
Please use the Abstract template(can be downloaded top of this page) to prepare your abstract. The abstract title, the author(s) or names of institutions are not included in the count of 300 words. Abstract titles are limited to 20 words or less and should be entered in a title case format. In general, you should capitalize the first letter of each word unless it is a preposition or articles. Each author (first name and last name) plus institution or affiliation should be listed in the proper order. One person must be identified as the presenting author during the submission process.

REGISTRATION FOR AUTHORS

AAPD 2021 organizing committee strongly recommend to register before abstract submission. Upon acceptance of the abstract, presenters are required to register by September 28, 2021 to attend the conference. AAPD 2021 organizing committee reserve the right to exclude abstracts/manuscripts without registration payment from the Book of Abstracts and Conference Proceedings.
