The conference venue is the Jungmoon tourism complex where is the most famous tourism spot in Jeju. To ensure room availability at the discounted rate offered by the main conference hotel and sub-accommodations, please make your reservations early. Occasionally, hotel blocks fill before the deadline especially in November when a number of other conferences are to be held in there. In order to expedite the reservation process, please be sure to complete the written form attached and submit it to the conference secretary office.

The convention venue, Jeju have many conventions held in November. So you should make reservations for a hotel and a flight to Jeju. Otherwise all the flights and hotels might be booked unfortunately.

The organizing committee will award a grant KW100,000 for a student who is in the course of dental hygienist, technician, and assistant. Please continue the normal registration procedure and the grant will be reimbursed at the on-site registration desk in Korean currency after the validation with a copy of a student's ID.
